• Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed or shipped
• If the order is already processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted
• A cancellation is valid only after it has been acknowledged and approved by the Gujju E-Market support team

3. Cancellation & Refund Conditions

• Cancellation and refund requests are accepted only in case of service failure, subject to internal verification
• The Gujju E-Market team reserves the right to determine whether a cancellation qualifies for a refund
• The management's decision shall be final and binding

Note: Refund amount shall never exceed the actual amount paid by the customer.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

• Instant cancellation (before processing): Instant refund may be initiated
• Prepaid orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on bank processing time
• COD orders: Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as Store Credit / Wallet Balance

5. Non-Refundable Amounts

• Any discounted, promotional, or exempted amount applied to the order is non-refundable
• Convenience fees, if applicable, are also non-refundable

6. Limitation of Liability

Gujju E-Market shall not be liable for any loss, claim, or damages exceeding the amount paid by the customer for the cancelled order.

In all matters related to order cancellation, Gujju E-Market reserves full authority, and all decisions made by the management shall be final.
