At Gujju E-Market, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take every possible step to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases of transit damage, manufacturing defects, or order discrepancies, we have outlined a clear and transparent Return & Refund Policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Kindly read this policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if your order falls under any of the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • The product is not working or malfunctioning
  • You received an incorrect item (wrong product, color, size, or model)
  • An item is missing from the package and the seal is broken
  • The product was not delivered to you or any authorized person at your address

2. Return Request Timeline

  • All return or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted
  • The maximum return window is 7 days from the date of delivery

3. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us via email in the format below:

Email Body Must Include:

  • Order ID
  • Customer Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Contact Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Clear images or videos (mandatory for damaged or defective products)

Please wait for confirmation from our support team before sending the product back.

4. Return Shipping Instructions

Once your request is approved, please follow these guidelines to ensure successful processing:

  • Pack the product securely, preferably in original packaging
  • Ensure the product is unused, unworn, clean, and intact
  • All original tags, labels, manuals, barcodes, and accessories must be included
  • Clearly mention Order ID, Name, and Address on the package
  • Use a reliable courier service with tracking
  • Gujju E-Market is not responsible for items lost during return transit

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Any applicable return or cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as Store Credit / Gift Card
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval

Note: Refund amount will never exceed the actual amount paid.

7. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
  • Only one replacement is allowed per order

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Food, snacks, beverages, or edible items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Items returned after the return window closes

9. Price Changes & Discounts

  • No refund or price adjustment will be provided if the product price drops after purchase
  • Discounted or promotional amounts are non-refundable
  • Coupon or offer benefits cannot be claimed post-purchase

10. Rejection of Return Requests

Gujju E-Market reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request if:

  • The request does not meet policy criteria
  • The product shows signs of use or damage
  • Incorrect or incomplete information is provided
  • There is suspicion of misuse, fraud, or policy abuse

11. Limitation of Liability

Once the 7-day return window is closed, Gujju E-Market shall not be liable for any replacement or refund under any circumstances.
